This beautiful orkney scallop dish by the esteemed Roux Scholarship Judge, André Garrett. He has now moved to the stunning landmark London Hotel Corinthia and more of his dishes are available here. Sea Bream Tartar shot with the wonderful @luke.tipping @leo_kattou at the most amazing @simpsons_restaurant by @antonaandreas What I love is the textures of the ceramics - lovely matt finish leaving the food to add the gloss and shine :) The restaurant has held a Michelin star for the last 18 years and is based in Birmingham.
